Product Descriptions
Resin/Hardener
EpoxyHeads Resin is the base material of the EpoxyHeads family of products and the first of several building blocks on which our solution package is based. The resin is a clear, pale yellow, low-viscosity liquid epoxy resin. Formulated for use with EpoxyHeads Hardener, it will cure in a wide variety of temperatures to form a high-strength solid with excellent moisture resistance.
EpoxyHeads is designed specifically to bond with wood, fiberglass, reinforcing fabrics and a variety of metals and plastics. An excellent adhesive, EpoxyHeads will bridge gaps and fill voids when modified with our Thickener, High-strength Filler or Easy-sanding Filler. EpoxyHeads may be shaped and sanded when cured to create a custom repair for the desired result. When applied with a roller, it has excellent thin-film characteristics to flow out and self-level providing excellent moisture-proof coating.
EpoxyHeads is formulated without volatile solvents and does not shrink after curing. It has a relatively high flash point and no strong solvent odor, making it safer to work with than many similar products. When stored at room temperature and closed to prevent contamination, resin and hardener should remain usable for many years. Metered Pumps may be left in containers during storage. Repeated freeze/thaw cycles during storage may cause the resin to crystallize. Warming the resin to 125°F and stirring will dissolve crystals.

Accessories
Metered Pumps #7801
EpoxyHeads Metered Pumps are designed for convenient and accurate metering of both smaller sized containers of Epoxy Resin and Epoxy Hardener. The pumps mount directly on the containers and eliminate the mess involved in measuring by weight or volume. The Metered Pumps are calibrated to deliver the proper working ratio with one full pump stroke of resin for each one full pump stroke of hardener. Made of durable polypropylene, the pumps are reusable and give years of reliable service.
The Metered Pump Set contains one resin pump and one hardener pump and is shipped to you fitted with extension tubes designed to fit the gallon-sized resin (#7712) and the quart sized hardener (#7722). The package also contains a set of shorter extension tubes designed to fit the quart size resin (#7710) and the 1/2 pint hardener (#7720). The 4-gallon resin (#7714) and the 1-gallon hardener (#7724) are shipped with the appropriate extension tubes enclosed.

Cured epoxy pops right out of these reusable, heavy-duty plastic mixing pots. Convenient batch sizes for most projects.
Epoxy Mixing Multi-tool #7861 (8 ct.)
A practical mixing, application, filleting, and cleaning tool. Squared, beveled end reaches mixing pot corners for thorough mixing and blending in fillers and for cleaning up excess epoxy. Use rounded end to shape 3/8" radius fillets. Cured epoxy pops off easily, so they can be reused over and over.
Additives
Thickener #7750 (1.7 oz.) and #7752 (5.5 oz.)
EpoxyHeads Thickener is an additive used to control the texture of the epoxy and prevent runoff in vertical or overhead glue joints. This thickener is a very strong additive that creates a smooth mixture, ideal for general bonding. A very versatile thickener, it may be used in combination with fillers to improve strength and abrasion resistance resulting in a tougher, smoother surface. EpoxyHeads Thickener cures to an off-white color.

High-strength Filler #7760 (6 oz.) and #7762 (20 oz.)
EpoxyHeads High-strength Filler is a fine fiber blend used as a thickening additive to create a multipurpose adhesive, especially for bonding wood. Epoxy thickened with this filler has good gap-filling qualities while retaining excellent wetting/penetrating capability. Cures to an off-white color.

Easy-sanding Filler #7770 (2 oz.) and #7772 (5 oz.)
Gray Pigment #7740 (4 fl. oz.)
EpoxyHeads pigment is an epoxy-based liquid colorant used to tint the epoxy mixture to provide an even color base for final finishing. The colored surface also tends to highlight flaws and imperfections. Cured pigmented epoxy surfaces are not a final finish, but require an additional paint or UV filter coating for ultraviolet protection. Add to the mixed resin/hardener at a rate of approximately one-teaspoon of pigment to 8 fl oz of epoxy. One 4-fl. oz. bottle of pigment will tint approximately 1.5 gallons of epoxy. To increase opacity, you can either add more pigment (up to 5%), or apply multiple coats of tinted epoxy.
